Speed Racer Cake

Joey's 4th Birthday

Vanilla and chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate icing inside.

I planned to use bright colors because that is what I think about when I think of Speed Racer. The colors turned out very crazy, but Joey loved it! (It really looked better without the bright camera flash lighting it up.)

We served Joey the very center of the cake with his name on it. He was so excited that I would cut the middle of the cake out for him.
